Started my construction career working for ex-charger Lance Alworth in the construction of mini-warehouses and management.

Cecilia Ostlund’s passion for construction and has made her dream a reality with a life long career and owner of her own business.

With over 25 years of construction experience, Cecilia’s Safety Service would be the only woman-owned traffic control company and would place her on the map in San Diego County, soon to follow, would be other women.
